Liam Payne is officially back in action after spending time in the hospital last month!
The One Direction star, 30, was hospitalized in Italy for medical treatment for an unknown condition in September. His girlfriend Kate Cassidy assured fans that he was released from the hospital and that she was recovering a few days after the news broke.
Now it looks like Liam is celebrating feeling better with a trip to Paris, France.

On Sunday night (October 1), Liam and Kate were spotted grabbing a bite to eat at Frame in the City of Lights.
The “Strip That Down” singer looked fashionable in dark jeans and a red jacket with bold prints. She accessorized it with a long gold necklace. Kate wore a black minidress with a fringed hem and a plunging neckline.
The next day, Liam and Kate went out to lunch at L’Avenue. He looked great in a black t-shirt and a pair of dark sunglasses, while Kate opted for a printed blouse and light denim.
We’re so glad Liam seems to be doing better and wish him the best as he continues to recover! Let’s hope you are having a wonderful time together in the city.
Liam has been going through some health issues recently and had to postpone a series of tour dates in South America after being hospitalized with a kidney infection in August.
In July, the singer revealed that he had been sober for six months!
