LE SSERAFIMA fans have waited long enough! The fan names of HYBE’s newest K-Pop girl group have finally been revealed. FEARNOT was chosen as the name of the fandom after months of deliberation. The five-member girl group’s management company Source Music recently revealed the fandom name and explained why it was chosen, which touched the hearts of all who follow the group.
Fans know that the term LE SSERAFIM is an anagram of “I WILL NOT”. This information came out on March 27 when the group’s name was officially confirmed through the teaser announcing the group’s transfer. Therefore, the word FEARNOT best describes the group.

Fans of one of the newest K-Pop girl groups, LE SSERAFIM, have been waiting for a name to represent them for a long time. The company has now revealed the identity of that fanbase, and the fans are happy. Source Music released a press release announcing the news. According to the press release:
“We are here to introduce LE SSERAFIM and the official fan name is “FEARNOT.”
The statement goes on to explain the meaning of the name.
“FEARNOT”, which is the homonym of the Korean word “blossom”, means that LE SSERAFIM is fearless moving forward and the “fearless” fans who love and support LE SSERAFIM will “bloom” together in each new moment.
Finally, Source Music thanked all of his followers and wished them continued love and support for the band.

FEARNOTs are delighted with their new moniker. Many people have taken to the internet to share their feelings about the new name. The concordance of the fandom name left fans in awe. Many people like how the name has a double connotation because it sounds like the Korean word for flower and also means “don’t be afraid” in English. Interestingly, one fan pointed out that the band members were alluding to the fan base name. One such phenomenon is star Yunjin, who hinted in a fan meeting over a month ago that the group is considering the fandom name.
Others pointed out that the leader, Chaewon, may have alluded to the fan group’s name months ago. The idol responded to this speculation professionally with just an emoji, thus maintaining the mystery. One FEARNOT also suggested a possible unique lightstick for the K-Pop girl group, drawing influence from the group’s debut videos and revealing the latest fan base name. The rookie group released their album Fearless in May 2022 and has since become one of the fastest growing K-Pop acts in the industry.
