Kushal Punjabi was an Indian actor, director, model and dancer. He is known for starring in the Bollywood films “Lakshya” (2004), “Kaal” (2005) and “Salaam-e-Ishq” (2007).

Kushal Punjabi was born on Friday, 23 April 1982 (age at the time of death was 37 years) in Mumbai. His zodiac sign was Taurus.
Kushal was active in sports since childhood. He used to participate in cycling, skating, dancing, football, athletics and swimming during his school and college days. After completing his graduation, Kushal did a bartending course and also worked as a bartender for some time. After this he worked as a purser in Jet Airways. Before acting and modeling, Kushal also worked as a life insurance agent and financial advisor in Dubai.

Kushal belongs to a Sindhi family. His father, Captain VJ Punjabi (Karachi), was an Indian Naval personnel. His mother’s name is Priya Punjabi (Hyderabadi). He had two sisters Reena and Monisha.
Kushal was married to Audrey Dolhen (European). The two were blessed with a son, Kiyan.
livelihood
Kaushal started his career as a model and dancer. As a dancer, she had choreographed many competitions like Gladrags Manhunt Mega Model Contest and Mrs. India Contest. She also directed and choreographed the ‘Star Walk’ fashion event for an NGO named Umeed. She made her television debut in 1995 in the TV series “A Mouthful of Skye”. After this, he did a short film “Bomage”. In 1997 he acted in the music video of Shweta Shetty’s pop song “Deewane Toh Deewane Hai”.
He worked in many popular TV serials like Love Marriage, Don, Zindagi Vince, #LoveBytes, Kya Haal Mister Panchal, Sajan Re Phir Jhooth Mat Bolo and Ishq Mein Marjawan. He also acted in several episodic roles in TV series like “CID,” “Shssh…Phir Koi Hai,” and “Adaalat.”
In 2011, he won the reality TV game show “Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout”, the Indian version of the US game show Wipeout, and won a cash prize of Rs. 5 million. Kushal was also a part of many reality shows like “Mr.” And Miss TV,”Fear Factor,”Fun on the Run,”Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 7.”
He was a part of Bollywood films “Lakshya,” “Kaal,” “Salaam-e-Ishq” and “Crazy Kakkar Family.” In 2017, Kushal made his directorial debut with the short film “The Gift”.
Apart from acting and dancing, he was also an adventure sports teacher. He used to teach people various water sports including scuba diving and water boarding.
Death
Kaushal Punjabi committed suicide on 26 December 2019 at around 11 pm. He was found hanging at his residence in Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai. Police have found a suicide note from him, in which it is written that no one is responsible for his death. Reportedly, he was going through separation from his wife and was also suffering from depression. Television actor Karanvir Bohra announced the news of Kushal’s death on social media. he has written
