Kartar Cheema started his acting career in 2006 with the Punjabi language drama series ‘Saude Dillan De’. After this, in 2007, he started his film career with the film ‘Kaun Kise Da Belly’ directed by Jagtar Singh. The film was released on 28 December 2007, and stars Preet Brar, Jagtar Jaggi, Binnu Dhillon, BN Sharma and Surendra Sharma. In 2008, she appeared as Lalli in Gaurav Trehan’s Punjabi-language romantic comedy film ‘Hashar: A Love Story’. His performance in the film brought him great recognition for his work.
