Proving that co-parenting can have its rocky moments, Kanye West demanded his ex-wife Kim Kardashian pull their kids out of their “fake” school in a bizarre Instagram post.
In the post, West addressed Kardashian by name and asked her to get her children out of Sierra Canyon. “It is a fake school for celebrities who are used by ‘the system,’ the image reads.
In the caption, the rapper wrote: “By now everyone knows what the keyword ‘the system’ is. “The system separated me from my father and the system separated me from my children.”
“When the system recruits athletes, it avoids working with those who have their father in their life because they are more difficult to manipulate. My two oldest children know that dad is.”
Instagram users quickly flocked to the post to share their opinion on the situation. “You have your kids walking around with a half naked woman,” one person wrote. “She needs to get the kids away from you.”
Another Instagram user understood why Kanye West took to social media in this situation. “Everyone here telling him to be mature and just talk to her obviously doesn’t understand how this works in these places. It’s exposing an entire system… the kind of system that ruined Britney Spears’ life. Stop judging and see a father trying to break a system and protect his children from it.”
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were married from 2015 until early 2021. Kardashian had filed for divorce in February 2021. The couple settled the separation in late 2022. They share four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
West has since married Bianca Censori.

During an appearance at Angie Martinez IRL On the 2022 podcast, Kim Kardashian broke down while talking about how difficult it was to co-parent with Kanye West.
“I will do anything to keep his life as normal as possible,” Kardashian explained at the time. The reality TV star further explained that she tries her best not to slander her ex. “One day my children will thank me… for not criticizing their father.”
Kim Kardashian went on to explain how she used to justify Kanye West’s actions. “I definitely protected him, and I still will in the eyes of my children. For my children. So, at home, my children don’t know anything about what’s going on. [in] the exterior world.”
