Justin Bieber’s father, Jeremy, is being called.
On Wednesday (June 7), the 48-year-old posted a meme that featured a rainbow flag along with the caption, “Don’t forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence.”
The since-deleted post comes two days after Jeremy wrote that people need to “celebrate families” in a separate tweet. “We need to celebrate families,” he said. wrote. “You know the reason why we are all here! The things this generation glorifies are incredible!”

After noting the backlash, Jeremy followed up with another tweet, writing: “Is acknowledging the nuclear family offensive? My apologies to those offended. It was not my intention. Not that my opinion matters.
Users were quick to condemn Jeremy’s comments in both replies and tweets to his posts. “Talking about family is extremely ironic,” a fan wrotewhile another add:: “This man who talks about the nuclear family has me crazy”.
