Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson are working things out as they move forward with their divorce.
The 37-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 45-year-old actor in early October. In court documents, she asked for joint custody of her daughter Juno, whom they welcomed in 2020.
New court documents filed by Joshua reveal that they reached an agreement regarding custody and a few other things. However, Joshua disagrees with Jodie on one detail of his separation from her.

In new documents obtained by Blast, Joshua agreed on custody; They will divide legal and physical custody of Juno.
They also agreed on the cause of their separation (“irreconcilable differences”) and how they would handle their prenuptial agreement.
However, the date he mentioned as the formal end of their relationship was different from the one Jodie chose. She listed the date as September 13, a day after they were last seen together in public.
Instead, Joshua mentioned September 30.
