Jessica Chastain channeled the late Karl Lagerfeld on the red carpet at the Met Gala 2023!
The Oscar winner steps on the red carpet in a classic gucci dress, and looked at a pair of sunglasses to wear in honor of the late designer, on Monday night (May 1) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
Jessica’s appearance also came with a major change for her: Instead of her iconic red hair, she opted for a blonde hair color to honor Karl.
The theme for this year’s Met Gala is “Karl Lagerfeld: a line of beauty” and the event will honor the late fashion designer. The dress code for the gala is “in honor of Karl”, who has worked in fashion houses such as Balmain, Chloe, fendiand chanel.
