Although his tattoos are among the things he’s known for, there is one body art that country singer-songwriter Jelly Roll ultimately regrets.
while talking to GQ, The musician stated that he hates all his tattoos. “I hate them all,” he admitted. “Now that I’m 40, I’m like, ‘What the hell was I thinking?’”
Speaking of tattoos he regrets, Jelly Roll said a body art depiction of a baby smoking marijuana comes to mind. He admitted that one was “a little excessive.”
When it comes to his face tattoos, Jelly Roll pointed out the small cross and teardrop. He eventually claimed that he barely remembers getting the tattoos. However, a larger cross on the other side of his face has some meaning to him. He shared that one symbolizes a new chapter in his life.
Jelly Roll further explained that some of the tattoos were done during his time in prison. He was arrested at age 16 for aggravated robbery. At age 23 he was arrested again for drug trafficking. Although he praised some of his former prison mates for his tattooing skills, he shared that he could only afford the less expensive ink designs.
The country music star added that her tattoos only represent her past, not her current self. “Almost all of my tattoos represent who I was, almost none of them represent who I am,” she added.

Although he’s not a fan of his tattoos, Jelly Roll’s key focus currently is on his smile. The country music hitmaker revealed in a TikTok video that he underwent a series of dental procedures.
In the clip, Jelly Roll is seen in a dental office chair doing his work. “I’m in the office, redoing all my teeth,” he declared. “I’ve had these same veneers for 20 years. I will eventually have them replaced, have some implants placed, and have some cavities and wisdom teeth removed. “I’m doing a lot of s**t.”
Jelly Roll then said he will “kinda” undergo full mouth reconstructive surgery. When the dentist asked him how he felt, the musician responded: “Sexy.”
“I feel great, man,” he added. “I feel like I’m finally taking care of things.”
His wife, Bunnie Xo, declares on the other side of the camera how proud she is of him. “I want a nice smile,” Jelly Roll continued. “He had an ugly smile when he was a child. People were picking on me and making fun of me and stuff, haha, bitch!”
