Jeffree Star is mourning the loss of his beloved pet Diva.
The 37 year old man Jeffree’s Star Cosmetics The founder took to social media on Friday (May 26) to let fans know that the Pomeranian, who had been one of his companions for 14 years, had died.
She shared a heartfelt tribute to him and shared some details about their life together.

“Diva passed away this morning, surrounded by her 7 doggy brothers and sisters, myself and a few close friends. He was my best friend and soul mate,” Jeffree wrote on Instagram along with photos of Diva.
She went on to write: “I will never forget the first time I saw it, I was on a tour bus, traveling during the days of my music career and we stopped in Indianapolis, my heart was set on an animal and Diva was my first dog. Over the years she has traveled to over 40 states, been to a few countries, traveled on private jets, trains and yachts…she ate the best food and was my partner through everything…”
“When I lived in my apartment and had a few dollars left to my name, I would always make sure he ate before I did. Diva was there during my darkest moments and some of the best moments of my life. A constant source of love and light. She will always be in my heart and there will never be another dog like her. I know she’s on the other side playing with Diamond & Daddy finally at peace. she concluded the message.
Jeffree has been keeping fans updated on Diva’s health over the past few weeks as she’s struggled.
