Zoey 101 Alumnus and former country singer Jamie Lynn Spears wished her teenage daughter Maddie well as she recently took her to prom. They say you only have one graduation party. However, most people get two. It looks like Maddie can get even more since she’s only 15 years old. Time will tell.
In a candid series of snaps shared to Instagram last Sunday, April 14, teen dream Maddie dazzled in a pink sequin dress that elegantly reached the floor and featured a seductive thigh-high slit.
She finished her ensemble with sparkly silver pointed heels and carried a bouquet that complemented the color of her dress. “PROM 2024,” she pointedly captioned the teen in her post.
In one of the photos, Maddie posed next to her date, whose tie matched his outfit perfectly, while Spears, 33, wedged herself between the two. Jamie Lynn showed her approval by sharing the photo.
However, the former TV star didn’t try to steal the spotlight from her daughter on her big prom outing. Spears looked chic and casual in an oversized pink Grateful Dead t-shirt, accessorized with a pink New York Yankees baseball cap and matching pink flip-flops.

Maddie is Jamie’s eldest daughter, born from his previous relationship with Casey Aldridge. The actress and singer also has a second daughter, Ivey, with her current spouse, Jamie Watson. Although Jamie Lynn Spears embraced motherhood as a teenager, today her bond with her daughter seems stronger than ever.
Jamie seems delighted with Jamie Watson. The duo announced their engagement in 2013 and married a year later in New Orleans. They welcomed her daughter, Ivey, into the world in 2018. Jamie Lynn Spears seems to have embraced life as a wife in recent years, content out of the spotlight and raising her daughters.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari ended their relationship last year. Her wedding, held at her home, was attended by high-profile friends including Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez and Madonna.
However, his family, including his father, mother and younger sister, Jamie Lynn, were not invited. The two sisters became involved in a highly publicized dispute on social media that appeared to cut off most of their communication.
