The person who filed a lawsuit against Jamie Foxx for an alleged sexual assault in 2015 has tried to protect his identity due to concerns about his safety.

Foxx’s representative quickly denied the allegations and claimed that the same individual had filed a similar lawsuit in Brooklyn in 2020, which was subsequently dismissed. The spokesperson claimed the allegations were unfounded and expressed confidence in his dismissal.

Foxx intends to counter Doe’s claims with a charge of malicious prosecution, considering the allegations frivolous. Despite the alleged incident that occurred eight years ago, Doe managed to file his complaint within the time allowed by New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which extends the statute of limitations for civil lawsuits related to sexual crimes.
