Jaan Nisar Lone is an Indian singer and composer. He is famous for the Hindi song “Rubaroo” from the Bollywood film Ginny Weds Sunny. He is famous for his Kashmiri Sufi songs. He is the CEO and founder of Kashmir’s first international music record label, “AR Music Studio”. He has worked with Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Shaan and many other famous Bollywood singers.

Jaan Nisar Lone was born in 1985 (age 38 years; as of 2023) in Sheeri village, Baramulla district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He completed his high school from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shahkot, Baramulla. He graduated from Kashmir University. He earned a master’s degree in Indian and Western music, music theory and composition from Trinity Music School, London. After completing his formal education, Jaan Nisar moved to Mumbai and started his music career.
