‘It’s Always Sunny’ Star Rob McElhenney Sickens Fans With Allergic Reaction Photo

Starting the new year approximately, It’s always sunny in Philadelphia Star Rob McElhenney caused quite a stir with his latest Instagram post.

In her latest Instagram post, McElhenney shared a snap of her face completely swollen due to an allergic reaction. “Other than that mild allergic reaction to nuts, 2023 was one of the best years of my life,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you to the people and places that made it possible. My life is full of love and joy thanks to you.”

Rob McElhenney also stated that he is very excited for the year 2024: “I will stay away from nuts.”

Among those who responded to the snap was Mindy Kaling, who wrote: “Rob, this almost made me drop my phone. “My son screamed.”

Other followers questioned how legit the photo was. “Someone confirm that the first image is real and not from some scene he was doing,” said a follower. “That’s crazy”.

Another declared: “I don’t know if that’s legit or made up!”

During his November 2023 interview with the athletic, Rob McElhenney spoke about co-ownership of Wrexham football club.

“Seeing people from all over the world, but specifically people from America, meet in this small town in North Wales was really profound,” he explained. “The fact that they then (which we hoped they would do) transferred their interest and love for the people of Wrexham into a love and interest for the football team has been one of the great joys and experiences of my life.”

Rob McElhenney also said he and Reynolds felt very welcome in the Wrexham community. “From the beginning, if not from day one, the people of Wrexham were keen to see what it was all about.
