Hulk Hogan’s son Nick arrested for DUI

History repeats itself… This is not the first.

Over the weekend, Nick Hogan, the well-known son of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan, was arrested for driving under the influence.

TMZ reports that, according to online records, Nick was booked Saturday morning just before 4 a.m. in Clearwater, Florida. It turns out this is the exact same place where he was arrested for DUI in 2007.

Authorities arrested the actor and television personality on suspicion of driving under the influence. He didn’t help Nick’s case since he also allegedly refused to submit to a field sobriety test.

No details have been released about what led to the arrest. However, authorities have added it to the 33-year-old man’s record as a misdemeanor. A mugshot was captured as part of the booking process.

As of this afternoon, as far as we know, Nick has not been released.

Fortunately, no one was injured, unlike the more serious car accident that occurred in the early 2000s in Clearwater, Florida. It was a very covered incident at the time. Nick, who was 17 at the time, got behind the wheel after a night drinking with his friend, a Marine named John Graziano.

Nick entered a no contest plea to reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury, with previous police allegations suggesting the involvement of alcohol. He subsequently served an 8-month prison sentence.

Additionally, the Graziano family also sued the Hogan family for the accident. It was later announced that things were resolved out of court.

TMZ reports that, according to Nick’s Instagram page, she was most likely leaving a bikini contest hosted at her father’s nearby restaurant.

Luckily, the comedian wasn’t under the influence, but he ended up getting into a fistfight with the guy who punched him. The source claims the other driver was arrested for assault and, you guessed it, DUI.

Wayne Brady did not need medical treatment according to the report.
