How Rich Is Bun B? Net Worth, Salary, Career

Trill Burgers, Bun B’s burger brand, has won Good Morning America’s the United States of Burgers competition. Trill Burgers won the championship on Friday, July 29, in Times Square, New York, where they battled against the other finalists, Lucky’s Last Chance in Philadelphia, The Companion in Atlanta, and Babe’s Meat & Counter in Miami. From the judges’ panel, Trill Burgers received votes from chef and TV personality Gina Neely, football running back Tiki Barber, NBA player Jalen Rose, WWE wrestler Titus O’Neil, and ABC anchor Sam Champion.

Bun had this to say about his victory:

“It’s so weird that it makes no sense.” It’s not even in the range of possibility for this company to be in Times Square after winning the greatest burger in America live on Good Morning America. We only wanted to be rewarded for our efforts, and today we received the greatest recognition. I can’t wait to introduce this burger to the United States.”

Trill Burgers debuted as a pop-up restaurant in August 2021, and its next pop-up is slated to take place during the Rock the Bells music event.

In the 1980s, he and Pimp C founded the rap group UGK, also known as Bernard James Freeman. The latter first published a demo cassette without Freeman, which was discovered by record company Bigytime Records. Because the songs on their debut album Too Hard to Swallow were explicit, they published an extended play called Banned prior to the release of Too Hard to Swallow.

Before Pimp C went to prison, the team recorded three additional albums. Bun B started making guest appearances on other rappers’ albums and released the Legends mixtape. Trill, his first album, was released in October 2005 and peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 list.

After Pimp C died in 2007, Freeman began concentrating on his solo career. In 2008, he published his second album, II Trill, and in August 2010, he released Trill OG. The singles featured in the albums were well accepted by the rapper’s fans. Trill OG: The Epilogue, Bun B’s fourth album, was released in November 2013, and it included leftover recordings from Freeman’s third album. In January 2014, he announced ‘The Trillest Tour,’ which took place that same year.
