Harsha Khandeparkar was born on Monday, 26 October 1992 (age 27 years; as in 2019) in Goa. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, Goa. Later he graduated in B.Sc. Zoology from Fergusson College, Pune.

While she was in college, she created her portfolio and sent it to various production houses. Later, she received several offers from various modeling agencies for print advertisements. Later, she auditioned for the TV serial ‘Jiya Jale’ in 2007. She was shortlisted for this serial, but could not pass the final audition. In 2008, she got an offer to act in another TV serial ‘Neelanjana’.
She has appeared in various Hindi TV serials, including Sanchi Singh in ‘Uttaran’ (2011), Anuradha in ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’ (2013), Aastha in ‘Khwabon Ke Darmiyan’ (2014), Radhakrishna in ‘ Are included. (2019) as Kutila, and as Kirti Naksh Singhania in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (2020).
