In 2018, Harris Sultan published his book titled The Curse of God: Why I Left Islam with the help of Xlibris Corporation. His book is a sharp analysis of scientific facts, religious aspects and the religion of Islam. Harris Sultan claims that Islam is troubled by problems, about which he writes in his book. Harris Sultan claimed,
This book is written for those Muslims who unconsciously disagree with the values that are the fundamental tenets of Islam. My message to all these mediocre Muslims is to either condemn Islam completely (because you disagree with its values) or become like the Taliban or ISIS because they are true followers of Muhammad’s Islam. This may sound harsh, but true Islam is actually the Islam of the Taliban and ISIS, and by living a double life, I am sure, if there were a God, he would not be happy with you accepting some of your ideas and rejecting the rest. ignore.”
Harris Sultan raised three major questions in Islam focusing on the Quran, which he discusses in his book The Curse of God: Why I Left Islam, which caused him to leave his religion, Islam. He said,
In trying to understand the validity of Islam or any other religion I asked three questions: 1. Is there any evidence in favor of this God? 2. Are the morals portrayed in this religion good? 3. Is science correct in this religion? I will note here that it would be dishonest if I said I could do all this myself. Books like The God Delusion helped me a lot to understand the other side of the argument. These three questions turned me away from Islam.”
The first flaw he identified with Islam by focusing on the Quran is that it refers to human origin, creation of nature and God as the eternal source. But this does not explain from where God originated. He claims that the second concern is the status of women in Islamic morality. Homosexuality is a concept that is not permitted according to Islamic morality, but ‘bandi’ (slave) law allows men to keep female slaves. He expressed his concern in his book,
Ultimately, the real audience for this book are Muslim women who are being abused by this religion. I cannot understand a woman’s feeling of suffering and powerlessness every day in a male-dominated religion. Any sane person understands how important women are in building the society of not only today but tomorrow, yet women are treated as if their only purpose is to bear children and serve their men. I would like to reach out to women who are being abused and discriminated against by their husbands, brothers or fathers and encourage and empower them to raise children who are no different than those husbands, brothers or fathers. Will be of.”
The third concern is that many stories in the Quran lack scientific evidence, and no evidence is found to support these claims. They believe that the Quran contains illogical claims and that people follow them without questioning or seeking clarification.

Harris Sultan and the closed tomb in Hyderabad
A photo of the grave, closed with an iron grill, was initially shared on Twitter by Harris Sultan, who claimed that the grave was in Pakistan, and said,
“In Pakistan, parents wanted to protect the bodies of their dead daughters from rape, so they were locked up.”
In April 2023, his claims were demolished by Alt News, an Indian fact-checking news channel, which identified that the closed grave had nothing to do with necrophilia, and was not in Pakistan, but in Madannapet, Hyderabad, Telangana. Was situated in. The grave belonged to Zaheen Begum, a 65-year-old woman who died in 2020. In response to the claim, Harris Sultan had to delete his tweet and apologize. It is written in the tweet,
Thank you, @zoo_bear, to get to the bottom of it. However this is no excuse and I must apologize for the source of my initial information, which was @SanamBalochfans,
The reason this is credible is that necrophilia has become a serious issue in Pakistan. This is… https://t.co/1yEm5nSlB5 pic.twitter.com/euL6mei3Np
