The 26-year-old model went pantsless while stepping out in a long leather trench coat and a jumpsuit underneath on Monday night (September 25) in Paris, France.
Hailey was spotted going out to dinner at Coste restaurant in the middle of Paris Fashion Week. She was definitely giving off Matrix vibes!
