Gerald William Coetzee was born on Monday, 2 October 2000 (age 23 years; as of 2024) in Bloemfontein, Free State Province, South Africa. His zodiac sign is Libra.
He used to play various sports like rugby, tennis and cricket in his backyard with his brother. He later became interested in cricket and started playing cricket at the age of 7 as he played for the Under-9F team in a KFC mini-cricket match.
He did his early schooling from Gray College Primary School, Bloemfontein and later did his matriculation (equivalent to class 12) from St. Andrew’s School, Bloemfontein, where he also trained for cricket under Greg Hobson.
