Frank Tartaglia Passed Away At The Age Of 45

Frank Tartaglia, a renowned director from South Philadelphia, has died at the age of 45. The announcement came after the screening of his latest film at the Philadelphia Film Festival. Frank Tartaglia is best known as a director, but he also co-owns Connie’s Ric Rac Club with his brother Joseph and Peter Pelullo.
