On Tuesday (May 9), Fox announced that it was canceling the reboot series, which stars Roselyn Sánchez, Kiara Barnes and John Gabriel Rodriquez, after two seasons.

“We are very happy with fantasy islandFox’s fun and escapist creativity, which we hoped would gain strong viewer appeal,” Fox shared in a statement with tv line.
“We also want to thank fantasy islandThe cast, headlined by Roselyn Sánchez, Kiara Barnes and John Gabriel Rodriquez, crew and executive producers Liz Craft, Sarah Fain and Anne Clements for their partnership on the series,” the statement continued.
The season two finale, which aired on Monday, May 8, now serves as the series finale.
