Isis followed in the footsteps of Kimiko Glenn, Robert Carradine and more stars who have revealed just how low residuals are for actors, and that’s part of the reason for the strike.

America’s next top model, All Stars It is a rare case, since it was the only season that paid the models who were on the program. The previous seasons hadn’t done that.

Isis made history with the show, becoming the franchise’s first transgender female contestant during season 11 in 2008, before joining the All-Stars season.

On her X account (formerly Twitter), Isis revealed that her most recent residual check from the show was just over $5.

“The waste from the best models has arrived, where should I spend it?” she joked, before fans chimed in about what she could spend it on, which wasn’t much. One even pointed out that it wasn’t enough for a gallon of gas in California.
