A couple of months after giving birth, Elsy took to YouTube to answer questions about her experience. She explained that she wanted to experience a natural birth, but despite her high tolerance for her pain, she requested an epidural. She then pushed baby E before doctors repaired some tears in her vaginal wall. In the August 2020 video, Elsy assured her fans that she and Ehlani were in good health.

She talked about the joys of motherhood, but said she’s not sure she wants to have other babies. Immediately after the delivery, Elsy told Elijah that she did not want any more babies, but that she had softened her position after taking care of Ehlani. Ella Elsy said:
