Eva Evans: New York City influencer, TikTok star and club rat creator – has died. She was 29 years old.
Evans created a five-episode series called club rat. It debuted in 2023 and streamed on Amazon Prime. In the series, she plays an influencer who tries to get back into dating after her breakup goes viral on social media.
She was also active on Instagram and TikTok, creating videos that were viewed by millions.
Evans’ sister, Lila, broke the news of his passing on Instagram on April 21.
“Please share this post so it reaches as many people as it needs to,” the post began. “Yesterday my family received the news that our sweet, fabulous, creative, loving and fun Eva, my beautiful sister, has died.”
“After 24 hours, I’m still in a constant cycle of denial and acceptance, so I know how incredible and difficult it will be to process this news. “We will be holding an Eve celebration next Tuesday night, April 23, in lower Manhattan.”
“Please text me so I can get a count and I will share the details,” the statement continued. “I would like to have Eva here now to refer me because she would have better words and she would know how to say what I don’t say.”
“I’m keeping it brief so we can plan for the next few days, but you’ll hear a lot more from me about how much Eva means to me and how different the world will be without her.”
The cause of Evans’ death was not mentioned.
