Ensha of the royal relic, one of the Elden’s ringThe most mysterious and interesting NPC seems to try to kill the player without any reason or warning. Before attacking, Ensha spends the entire game against the Roundtable wall, silently observing the protagonist. Needless to say, information about Ensha is difficult to find and can only be obtained through suggestions given by other NPCs. After all, legends are often kept secret Elden’s ring, even the main character. However, with enough research and a bit of imagination, Ensha’s behavior starts to make sense.
Ensha will only invade the player’s world after the player earns half of the Halitree Secret Medal and returns to the Roundtable. Even near death, Ensha remained silent, but his mentor, Gideon Ofnir, offered some insight. He implied that Ensha was essentially his servant, and that Ensha attacked the player’s stain without Gideon’s permission. Ensha’s description of the armor states that he is a follower of Lord Gideon, further clarifying their relationship.
All of this suggests that Gideon had previously ordered Ensha to retrieve the Hallitree Secret Medal, so Ensha could attack and steal it from the player; it’s not clear if Gideon really knows nothing about it. The cause may have been determined, but there are many other pieces scattered around Elden’s ringHuge map of Lands Between. An NPC named Albus, disguised as a jar in Liunia in the lake, holds the medal that Ensha wanted. Albus tells the player that his village is being ruined, “cursed to destroy everything‘, and his race, the Albinaurics, regard the medal as a relic. He then begs the player to keep the medals away from the Curser.
Ensha may have tried to reach Halitree in the Elden Ring

In any case, Ensha had been searching for the Halitree Secret Medal roughly for a while, at least in part under Gideon’s supervision, unfortunately there was Elden’s ringThis type of albinism looks like a human. Ensha’s reason for seeking a medal remains unclear, and any personal motives he may have are unpleasantly kept secret.
After the player uses the Halitree Secret Medallion, Gideon provides more information about Ensha. He congratulates those who are unclean and tells them, “You do more than EnshaIt is clear that Ensha wants the Medal, but Gideon implies that his real goal is to get to Halitree. The wording suggests that Ensha was his own act, which would explain why he attacked the unclean without Gideon’s knowledge. However, Gideon in Game Planning is relentless throughout and falsely claims that his character orders Ensha’s attacks to keep the player in their favor. Gideon also showed great interest in learning about Halitree; As an information broker, he had every reason to send Ensha to do his dirty work. Due to the lack of evidence in both cases, Ensha’s real motive remains one of Elden’s ringThe biggest mystery that Eunsha and Gideon both brought to the grave.
