the summoning blade is a dagger Elden’s ring Melina is used when Tarnished summons her for a boss fight with Morgott, the Lord of Premonitions. This unique dagger is equipped with golden blades, an artistic weapon that allows its wielder to leap into the air and throw a blade-like projectile at an opponent. The animation is the same as Deathblade’s skill, used with the Black Blade Assassin’s dagger.
Aside from their unique design, the main difference between Black Blade and Summoning Blade’s weapon arts is that Deathblade deals more damage and temporarily reduces the target’s maximum health. On the other hand, the golden blade in Melina’s weapon is more practical at knocking off the opponent’s balance, providing more opportunities to stagger and take down. However, one of the main reasons the Stained One sought out the Summoning Blade was to satisfy his desire to play Melina as a full-fledged “Virgin Maiden” by combining the knife with a set of Travelers from Miquella’s Halitree.
The summoning sword is placed in a secret room inside the unnamed elevator connecting Leyndell to the Forbidden Ground. To reach this room, Tarnished must first defeat the demigod Mogot to break the unbreakable seal blocking the entrance to the Forbidden Overpass.
Elden Ring Summon Blade
The unnamed Leyndell Grand Elevator can be accessed by re-entering the elevator from Grace Forbidden or heading east along the main walkway from the Boulevard Balcony. Those coming from within Leyndell’s walls can take the stairs near the Boulevard Balcony. Next, head northeast on the main road through the gate. Take the first elevator at the first section of the large flyover leading to the East Altus Tower. After activating the elevator inside the tower, head down to the restricted area, with the camera facing west.
Along the southwest wall, Tarnished will see a hidden doorway Elden’s ring. It may take a try or two, but the player needs to jump onto the platform when the elevator goes up or down. Elden’s ring Fans should try jumping during the ascent so that the location of the area is clearly indicated. Roll down or jump off the elevator to land on the sidewalk to find a corpse in formal uniform. Open the door to discover a private studio with the Summoning Blade on the table.
