The Flame of Redmanes is the Ashes of War in Elden’s ring. When a melee weapon is equipped, it will spew fire in front of the player. The player can find the Redmane Flame in Caelid in front of Galilee Castle. The closest Grace site is the Fort Galilee North site. It will be a teardrop-shaped scarab Elden’s ring Roam the grounds next to the Land of Grace.
Players should note that the Tear Scarab is invisible. To kill a teardrop beetle, the player must follow its path and hit it as it approaches. When the player reaches the area of the teardrop scarab, they will see goblin-like footprints following a set path. These footprints will show the player the current location of the Invisible Tear Beetle.
By using Footprints, the player can kill the Scarab and receive the Redmane Fire Ash as a reward. Redmane Flame is a versatile Ash of War, as it can be removed and equipped with any melee weapon or shield. The way Redmane Flame works is to shoot a fireball forward. Elden’s ring Doesn’t deal much damage, but has a large attack range.
Where to find the Teardrop Scarab in Elden Ring
Redmane Flame’s secret isn’t its damage but its ability to stun or knock out enemies, mini-bosses, and big bosses. After using 1-2 times Redmane Flame, the player can stand and defeat normal enemies. With 3-4 casts, the player can fight off most mini-bosses. However, with 4-6 casts, the player can stand up and take down the Great Boss, easily getting a critical hit.
To use Flames of the Redmanes, the player needs 14 FP to use it; even if the player doesn’t meet the required minimum FP, they can still finish the Ashes of War with less damage but the same stagger effect. Redmane Flame is an excellent Ash of War overall Elden’s ring; especially with the stagger effect it can make most encounters focus solely on crit and FP usage. However, some of the downsides to using this Ash of War are its cooldown and positioning. Redmane Flame’s healing rate is slow, and if the enemy is not destroyed, the player’s vision will be opened. Also, since it’s a fiery blast of air, players can easily miss low or crouching enemies if misplaced.
