Biography of Donovan Mcnabb
Donovan McNabb was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 25, 1976. He graduated from Mount Carmel High School. He played with two future NFL players, Matt Cushing and Simeon Rice, during his sophomore year there. Several universities offered him admission after graduation.
In the end, he decided to attend Syracuse University and play for the Orange Corporation rugby team. This university was chosen because of its great interest in football, as well as the broadcast journalism it offers.

The Eagles selected Donovan Mcnabb in the first round of the 1999 NFL draft. He was the second of five guards recruited.
