Early life and childhood
Don Everly was born Isaac Donald Everly on February 1, 1937, in Brownie, Kentucky, United States. He was 84 years old at the time of his death. He was born to his father Isaac Milford “Ike” Everly, Jr., and his mother Margaret Embry Everly.

On September 23, 1983, the brothers finally got back together at the Royal Albert Hall in London, ending their ten-year separation. Terry Slater, Phil and Don, and Wingfield were the organizers and musical directors for the event.
