Early life
DJ Envy was born on September 3, 1977 as RaaShaun Casey and is currently 46 years. This personality was born into a well-established family in New York, United States.

DJ Envy was then known as DJ Shrimp as his gardener. He often beat the oxen while working in the garden at Clue’s house. His beaten ox impressed Clue and he took him under his direction. He then introduced Envy to the mixtape circuit. Soon, in the year 2000, he started doing famous commercials.

The big break in radio came when the host of the Hot 97 morning show ‘Takin’ it to the Streets’ named Angie became pregnant. Before, she used to be a guest on the show and then she became full time. Her journey in radio began with Angie Martinez when she mixed for the Hot 97 show.
The show was called Takin’ It to the Streets and aired on the radio from 12:00 am to 4:00 am. She then continued with Miss Jones after Martinez left the show. Furthermore, this personality co-hosted the show with Miss Jones until July 2008. After that, Jones moved to Pennsylvania.
