He did his schooling from Three Dots Senior Secondary, Aligarh and Delhi Public School. After this, Dipanshu took admission in IEC College of Engineering and Technology, Noida to do B.Tech. in Computer Science (2007–2011).

Dipanshu Singh started his career in 2010 by developing traffic portal “Microsoft and Traffic People.net” for a client. In the same year, he joined Freshersworld.com as a campus ambassador. Dipanshu has also worked as a technology evangelist at Microsoft. In 2012, he joined IT firm Humana as a Technology Specialist. Additionally, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Syntel, Pune. In 2016, Singh joined Unacademy, New Delhi as a teacher. He also worked as a content specialist at Unacademy. In 2017, he was made Strategy and Category Expert-UPSC and Head of Outreach Initiative. Apart from being a teacher, he has also written the book “International Relations: Interests and Challenges”.
