In addition to his legal problems, Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a former employee.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by Combs’ former producer and cameraman, Rodney Jones. He claims Combs reportedly assaulted him. He was also the subject of unwanted advances by associates of the music mogul under his direction.
Jones accused Diddy of groping his genitals and touching his anus. Jones said Diddy also paraded naked in front of him. He then noted that he felt like she was grooming him for sex. However, Combs downplayed the attacks as simple “horseplay.”
Along with the alleged sexual assaults and grooming, Jones testified that he was forced to watch a video in which DJ and record producer Stevie J had a sexual encounter with another man.
Jones then revealed that a cousin of Diddy’s girlfriend, Yung Miami, also sexually assaulted him. She claimed that his cousin tried to have sex with him in front of Diddy and members of her staff.
Jones then said Diddy ordered Stevie J and his son, Justin Combs, to recruit prostitutes. Justin was allegedly instructed to look for underage girls for parties.
Cuba Gooding Jr. was also named in the lawsuit. Jones shared that Diddy had introduced him to the actor on the mogul’s yacht. Gooding Jr. allegedly began “touching, groping and caressing” Jone’s legs, as well as the upper inner thighs near his groin. He also touched Jones’ back near his buttocks and shoulders.
Jones is now seeking $30 million through the lawsuit.
Diddy’s lawyer speaks out about Jones’ accusations
Speaking about the allegations, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, told TMZ that nothing happened in the lawsuit.
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who brazenly filed a $30 million lawsuit seeking an undeserved payday,” Holley said. “His reckless mention of events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to grab headlines.”
Holley also said there is “overwhelming and indisputable evidence” that Jones’ claims are “complete” lies. “Our attempts to share this evidence with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls.”
“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those making them.”
A rep for Justin Combs also spoke to TMZ about the situation. “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies!
“This is a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in the hopes of getting a payday. “There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”
