He was born on Thursday, 25 June 1981 (age 38 years; as in 2020) in Mumbai. Being born in a business family, he was inclined towards business management at a very early age. She started attending business conferences when she was just 16 years old. In her early years, she studied at Queen Mary’s School, Mumbai. Subsequently, he completed his further education from HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and the University of Southern California. He took inspiration from his father, who was the chairman of software solutions provider Zenith Infotech Limited. Later, he founded Viu Technologies in 2006 at the age of 24.

He started his career in 1998 by joining “Zenith Technologies” with his father. She was just 21 years old when she started training under her father’s company. After seeing the office environment and seeing her father, she thought, “I will become like this.” I will run a company like him. During this time she often met business leaders in Silicon Valley, California. Shortly thereafter, he started a laboratory in California to develop high-end products for Indian customers. After all, he founded Vu Televisions in 2006, which is now the fourth largest TV selling brand in India.
They made a shift from traditional to modern business methods by signing an exclusive agreement with Flipkart in 2014. The deal made Viu the best-selling TV brand across various e-commerce platforms.

In 2015, they turned to VOD technology, which aims to improve audio and video streaming. Apparently, VU is one of the best-selling 4K TV brands in India.

She believes that more women should become CEOs. This will be great for the Indian economy. They primarily aim to cater to the needs of the educated and on-the-go mobile Indian consumers. Also, she does not believe in entering new markets from time to time, instead, talking about her mantra of repeat purchases, she says, “About 86% of the customers who bought Vu TV Yes, he has bought another TV from us. We strive to retain customers rather than exploring new markets all the time.” Furthermore, it believes in offering its TVs at a price point between that of multinational brands like Samsung and Indian brands like Videocon, Which helps in maintaining brand value and cost-effectiveness.
