Demi Lovato shares a private moment to raise awareness about an important issue.
The “Tell Me You Love Me” pop star, 30, shared a photo of herself crying on social media Thursday night (May 4).
They did this to shed light on Mental Health Awareness Month, which will take place in May.

Demi shared the photo on her Instagram story. In it, they rest their chin on their hand and make direct eye contact with the camera. Her mascara is running and her bright eyes make it obvious that she was crying.
“Not every day is good and that’s okay,” she wrote, including a hashtag for Mental Health Awareness Month.
The singer has long been an advocate for discussing mental health and helping those who suffer from it. She launched the Mental Health Fund during the pandemic to help those who struggled in the first months of lockdown.
