ICICI loan fraud case

A division bench of Justices Revati Mohitedere and PK Chavan ruled that the arrest violated Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (notice of appearance before police officer), and ordered the release of Ms Kochhar from Byculla jail and Mr Kochhar.
