The first reactions of critics by Indiana Jones and the dial of fate have been revealed after the film’s world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival 2023!
Harrison Ford, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and more attended the red carpet premiere on Thursday night (May 18) in Cannes, France.
Also in attendance at the event were co-stars Mads Mikkelsen, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renee Wilson, and Ethann Isidore, as well as director James Mangold and more filmmakers.
In the new film, Ford returns to the role of the legendary archaeologist hero for this highly anticipated final installment of the iconic franchise: a thunderous, globe-trotting grand motion picture adventure. The film opens in theaters on June 30.

INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF FATE has a great energy from THE FORCE AWAKENS in that “we promise we won’t screw this up” fanservice way that hits a lot of nice beats on its own terms. A great “bomb the fridge” moment that most people will forgive, but it’s a pretty safe thing to do.
