Harneet Jolly is an Indian chef who specializes in creating gravity-defying cakes, chocolate sculptures and desserts. When he was in primary school, he aimed to become a fashion designer and used to sew gowns. He made his first cake when he was in class 4. He follows special cake recipes that are passed down from his great-grandmother to his grandmother and then to his mother. In the program of Indian singer Hariharan’s music album – Ishq, she was invited as a guest, and her cake sculpture was highly praised by many Indian celebrities in the program. She has displayed her cake sculpture at the ‘Make Earth Green Again’ event.
His cakes were even praised by famous Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor, who is also his favorite chef.
He made a special appearance in the celebration of 1500 episodes of Hindi TV serial ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ BTS.
She received the Food for All Advocacy Award by the Make Earth Green Again Mega Foundation in 2021. Her talent of creating gravity-defying cakes, chocolate sculptures and photo frame desserts was acknowledged by the OMG Book of Records. He is an expert in making edible photo frames. Chef Jolly has been awarded the ‘Best Rising Chef Award’ by the Magic Book of Records in the field of desserts and pastry cuisine.
He was also part of the brand CAI team that created a Guinness World Record for displaying the ‘Largest variety of bread’ by displaying 493 varieties. He is a big fan of film directors- James Cameron and Sanjay Leela Bhansali and has directed a few theater plays which are heavily influenced by the work of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
