Then a year later he became the CEO of Nissan Motor Company Ltd. till the year 2017. Likewise, at the beginning of the year 2007, Carlos led the Renault-Nissan Alliance into the zero-emission electric car market and within a decade of it, it left behind other electric car manufacturers like Tesla. In the year 2013, Carlos became chairman of AvtoVAZ which is a Russian automobile manufacturer. On the year 2016, he became the chairman of Japan’s Mitsubishi Motors.
