One of the most absurd franchises in the past 20 years is Captain Underpants. Two boys named Harold and George create their own comics, then end up accidentally hypnotizing their own principal into being the superhero they created. But you can’t have heroes without villains.
The simple reality is that even Captain Underpants has enemies. Their plans might be ridiculous but they are no less nefarious and no less dangerous. Anyone who is willing to get on the bad side of someone like the Captain is not someone to be taken lightly. But some of those villains are more powerful than others and have given this intrepid hero more than a few problems.

Captain Blunderpants Is An Evil Doppelganger
Sometimes, the most dangerous villain is the one who is the evil counterpart of the hero. Superman has certainly run into that one a few occasions thanks to villains like Bizarro and Ultraman.
In the case of Captain Underpants, he has Captain Blunderpants, which is an ominous name, to say the least. Hailing from the Purple Potty universe, he is a nasty, nasty person. But when he changes to his Mr. Krupp form, he’s actually quite delightful.
Professor Pippy Poopypants Is A Machiavellian Genius
Tippy Tinkletrousers was a brilliant scientist from New Swissland who was an early thorn in the side of Captain Underpants. He started off as a teacher who was then driven crazy by Harold and George’s comics about him, becoming Professor Pippy Poopypants.
In the comics, Tippy is a goofy villain who eventually becomes a lot more helpful once he gets revenge out of his system. In the movie, he’s more of a murderous maniac who should spend the rest of his life in jail.
Poopacabra Is Less Gross Than It Sounds
The name of this villain is a play on the mythical Mexican beast called the Chupacabra. It also conjures up some extremely gross images when combined with the word “poop.” Fortunately, that’s not the case.
Poopacabra started life as a normal rodent named Ratrick but ended up being doused with radioactive slush and sewer water. This turned him into the monstrous Poopacabra who was consumed with a desire for revenge on Harold and George.
Socktopus Is Exactly What It Sounds Like
People often wonder what happens to all of those missing socks that don’t seem to make it back from their dryers. Hopefully, they’ve just been stolen by something akin to South Park‘s Underpants Gnomes and not what happens in Captain Underpants.
Socktopus was a massive sock-based monster that brought nothing but destruction and chaos. Despite looking like an adorable sock puppet, this beast certainly presented a challenge for the story’s intrepid hero.
Queen Zombee Commands An Army Of Drones
Not only is Queen Zombee a bad pun, but she’s also a dangerous villain for Captain Underpants to face. Like many of his enemies, this one started off as a teacher at Harold and George’s school. In this case, she was a Fourth Grade teacher named Ms. Ribble.
After overdosing on Bee DNA, Ms. Ribble was transformed into Queen Zombee. The rest of the school, except for Harold and George, were then turned into mindless drones by tainted honey.
Dandelion of Doom Looks Like A Cousin Of Audrey II
When most people get their hands on some sort of mysterious growth serum belonging to some aliens, they are extremely careful with it. Well, most people aren’t Harold and George. They dumped theirs out the window and created the Dandelion of Doom.
To their credit, the boys were trying to dispose of it to foil the aliens’ nefarious plans. But there had to be a better way to do that than dumping it out a freakin’ window. They accidentally gave rise to an even bigger threat.
Captain Pandernuts Is A Better Evil Doppelganger
While Captain Blunderpants is to Captain Underpants what Ultraman is to Superman, Captain Pandernuts might be better compared to Bizarro. This is mainly due to his blue hue and desire to do evil deeds.
Much like Blunderpants, Pandernuts is thoroughly evil and is committed to doing things that he perceives as evil. Sometimes, those evil deeds are just inconvenient and annoying, but effective nonetheless.
Melvinborg Travels Through Time To Cause Problems
Melvin Sneedly is the smartest boy in school, and a regular thorn in the sides of Harold and George. He’s not outright evil, but he is a straight-up tattletale and a teacher’s pet. These aren’t always the best qualities in a fellow student.
At one point, an evil cyborg version of Melvin called Melvinborg traveled back in time to wreak his version of havoc. While he was ultimately defeated and wiped from existence by his younger self, that doesn’t change how Machiavellian Melvinborg actually was.
Nanobots Went A Little Crazy
If there’s one person who should not have access to any kind of microscopic robots, it’s Melvinborg. These specific Nanobots were used by Melivinborg as a weapon, but they were their own specific type of threat all on their own.
While under Melivinborg’s control, they weren’t too bad. But once they got loose, they were more than capable of making everyone’s lives incredibly difficult. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see these nefarious little artificial lifeforms make a return.
Turbo Toilet 2000, Leader Of The Talking Toilets
No superhero wants to fight a giant, talking toilet. It really doesn’t matter who the superhero is or what universe they operate out of. This is pretty much a hard and fast rule across the board.
Unfortunately for Captain Underpants, this has come up on more than one occasion. Turbo Toilet 2000 is strong, fast, powerful, and durable. If that’s not enough, he also has an army of talking toilets just like him.
