She first started her career as a dancer. Since 2004, Ian Waite has been her professional dance partner. Furthermore, in September 2007, Dallerup and Cole represented the United Kingdom in the first Eurovision Dance Contest 2007. She performed as a professional dancer in the first six episodes from 2004 to 2008. Dallerup also hosted CBBC’s Dance Factory in 2005 with Nigel Clarke and Reggie Yates. In 2008, she competed in the second season of The Underdog Show, finishing in third place.
Dallerup competed for the United Kingdom, the host country, in the inaugural Eurovision Dance Contest on 1 September 2007, finishing fifteenth out of sixteen couples with 18 points. Camilla was a judge on the UK tour of Strictly Come Dancing Live in January/February 2015, with Craig Revel Horwood and Tom Chambers. On 5 October 2009, she stated on BBC Breakfast that she would not be taking part in any more episodes of Strictly Come Dancing.
In November 2009, she entered the Australian jungle as a contestant in the ninth season of the British reality television program I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.
