Just over a week after attending Super Bowl LVIII with her good friend Taylor Swift, Blake Lively is opening up about the experience.
In her latest Instagram post, the Gossip Girl The star shared a series of photos from the big football match. “Last week I left my kids for the first time and I wore pants that were shoes,” Lively explained. “I took pictures upside down and I had no idea. I treated a friendship bracelet like a Flat Stanley for my husband like he didn’t realize it wasn’t 2007.”
Blake Lively later stated that she borrowed more jewelry than the skeleton in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. “And I went clubbing.”
To add more humor to the post, Blake Lively stated, “Now I know what my Twilight Zone episode would be like.”
Blake Lively was among those who got to sit with Taylor Swift at Super Bowl LVIII. Others who wore the famous outfit included Ice Spice, Ashley Avignone and Swift’s parents, Andrea and Scott. The family of Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, was also in the lawsuit.
Other close friends of Swift were sitting nearby. They were Lana Del Rey, as well as Miles and Keleigh Teller.

In an incredibly sweet Instagram post in December 2023, Blake Lively had nothing but praise for Taylor Swift as the duo celebrated the Love story singer’s birthday
“In some ways, she’s even better in real life,” Lively declared. “Happy, happy birthday to the only one.”
Earlier that month, Blake Lively shared her opinion that Beyonce and Taylor Swift didn’t have any kind of rivalry.
“When I grew up, women were always against each other,” Lively explained in the post, which included photos of the actress with Beyonce and Swift. “It took me until adulthood to realize that women’s instinct to live each other up to their full potential is the norm, not the exception.”
“Most of my best friends are women who would have been presented to me as threats or competition. Our job is to show younger generations the power of aligning instead of dividing.”
Blake Lively then addressed both Beyoncé and Taylor Swift stating that neither of them needed to be threatened by her “pop stardom.”
“There is room for all of us. Renaissance: a Beyoncé movie. Now in theaters,” he concluded his post. “And even better than you can imagine.”
