Big Brother 24 houseguests Taylor Hale, Joseph Abdin, and Monte Taylor have announced that they will appear on the CBS soap opera, The Bold & The Beautiful. Taylor made history twice as the first Black woman winner of Big Brother and the first person to ever win both the entire game and the America’s Favorite Houseguest prize. Monte was the runner-up, as Taylor won Big Brother 24 by a vote of 8-1. Throughout the season, Taylor and Joseph had gotten very close in the house, and many people wondered if there was romance in their future. However, after his eviction, Taylor was led to believe that he had betrayed her, which was untrue. A few weeks later, Taylor and Monte began a showmance, but they broke up before the game ended. Outside of the Big Brother house, Taylor and Joseph, known as “Jaylor” by their fans, have been taking things slowly as they explore their relationship. Taylor has even said that she will take Joseph on the cruise that she won as part of her America’s Favorite Houseguest prize.
Now, after living through a very soap opera-like love triangle, Taylor, Joseph, and Monte have announced in an Instagram reel that they will be appearing on the long-running soap opera The Bold & the Beautiful. The clip begins on The Bold & the Beautiful set with the three former Big Brother houseguests introducing themselves. Taylor then says, “You will not believe where we are. We’re at BB! Not Big Brother! The Bold & the Beautiful.” She goes on to say that they are “so excited to be here filming a really awesome episode to show you all.” However, Taylor also shares that they cannot tell fans when the episode is airing, “but stay tuned. You’ll see pretty soon.”
Big Brother Houseguests Have Appeared On The Bold & The Beautiful Before
Taylor, Joseph, and Monte are not the first Big Brother contestants to appear on The Bold & the Beautiful. Several other fan-favorite cast members have made their debuts over the years including couples Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd, and Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas. In addition, Nicole Franzel, Zach Rance, Cody Calafiore, and last year’s Big Brother 23 winner Xavier Prather have appeared, among others.
Although no details have been revealed about the storyline, in the comments section, Taylor asked fans, “What do you think our plot line is” with the looking eyes emoji. Joseph replied, “No idea!,” but some fans took this to be a sly reference to their Big Brother love triangle. Others thought that since Taylor is a pageant queen and personal stylist, she would fit into The Bold & the Beautiful perfectly since the show is about the Forrester family’s fashion house business, which creates haute couture.
As Big Brother 24 fans adjust to not seeing the houseguests on their TV screens three nights a week and through the live feeds 24/7, it will be fun and exciting to see Taylor, Joseph, and Monte in a different environment. In their Instagram reel, they are all dressed in stylish suit jackets that are presumably their costumes for the show. No matter what their storyline turns out to be, these three Big Brother houseguests are definitely bold and beautiful.
