Bharat Raj is an Indian bodybuilder, celebrity lifestyle coach and actor. He is an international male physique athlete who won the prestigious International Federation of Body Building and Fitness (IFBB) Pro Card in 2019. He runs the fitness center Bratzlife Fitness Studio.

Bharat Raj was born on Friday, 26 October 1990 (age 33 years; as in 2023) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Their zodiac sign is Scorpio. He did his primary school education from SBOA School and Junior College, Chennai.

A sports accident in 2007 forced Bharat Raj to give up basketball, after which he took up bodybuilding for his high energy. Talking about this in an interview, he said,
I was always interested in sports. I was restless after the accident. I needed to get back to fitness and bodybuilding was the best option. This strengthened my ankle which was injured in the accident and my fitness enthusiasm reached its peak.
Bharat Raj started his career by participating in bodybuilding and men’s physical competitions. He met with a road accident in 2009, while in his first year at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, he met with a bike accident, which broke his collar bone. Next, an 8 cm plate was inserted next to his left collarbone. Although it seemed like her weight training journey had come to an end, she didn’t give up. He recovered in 3 weeks to compete in a competition.

At the age of 19, he was among the top four in the Mr. Chennai program in 2009. After this, she started getting offers to walk the ramp as a model. As a model, she has walked the ramp for the fashion brand Anjali & Arjun Kapoor and the clothing store House of Chase in Chennai.

Along with modeling, she also started working as a fitness trainer. He freelanced as a fitness trainer from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, he founded Gym The Body Studio in Besant Nagar, Chennai. He is skilled in providing cross-circuit training. Soon, he met actors Vikram, R. Sarathkumar, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Bindu Madhavi, Nivetha Pethuraj, Vishal and S. Shankar became a leading celebrity trainer with clients like. Bharat trained Vikram for a special weight loss and weight gain routine for the Tamil film I (2015). Bharat came into limelight when he won the title of second runner-up at Provogue Men’s XP Mister India World 2014.

Early in his career, he was sponsored by Evolution Sports Nutrition (ESN). She achieved another milestone in her career when she won the MuscleMania India Model Universe title in 2015 and stood third in the Fitness Universe category. She trained under head coach Seven of FITT Club Bangalore for the competition.

Subsequently, he participated in various men’s physical competitions. She won the FitFactor Physique Model Champion title in 2016. Subsequently, he participated in the IBBF Mister South India 2016, where he won the Mister South India Men’s Physique 2016 title. He represented India at the Arnold Classics Asia 2016.
