Avinash was born on Friday, 1 August 1997 (age 26 years; as in 2023) in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Leo. He did his schooling from Somerville School, Greater Noida and after relocating to Mumbai, he joined Ryan International School Kandivali, Mumbai. He completed his graduation from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai.

He announced in 2019, that he is dating his college friend ‘Saloni Luthra’, who is a model and runner up of Miss Tiara India 2019.

Avinash first asked her to write content for his company; Since she was good at writing. Later he fell in love with her. In an interview, he had told that he had proposed her at 4 in the morning and before proposing, both of them had gone to Amritsar to meet Avinash’s parents.

Avinash’s father was associated with the TV industry. Once, he took Avinash with him to the sets of Balaji Telefilms and from there Avinash developed an interest in acting. At the age of 11, she was selected for the role of ‘Jagya’ in Balika Vadhu (2008). He was cast opposite Avika Gaur. This serial was a huge hit and his characters were appreciated by the critics as well as the audience.

After Balika Vadhu, he appeared in several other television shows such as Sanskar – Dharohar Apno Ki (2013), Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar (2014), Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya (2014), and Jaat Na Poochho Prem Ki (2019).
