Avinash Dwivedi was born on Friday, 19 August 1988 (age 35 years; as in 2023) in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. His zodiac sign is Leo. He did his schooling from Cosmos Public School, Badarpur and Raisina Bengali Senior Secondary School, Delhi.

In 2010, Avinash Dwivedi first met Indian actor and dancer Sambhavna Seth on the sets of the Bhojpuri reality TV dance show ‘Dance Sangram’, in which she was a judge and mentor to Avinash, who was a contestant on the show. Soon Avinash started developing feelings for her and after winning the show, Avinash proposed her. However, she rejected his proposal and asked him to focus on his career. In one and a half years, he proposed her about 40-50 times. Later, Sambhavna is admitted to a hospital and only Avinash among her friends visits her in the hospital. He took care of her in the hospital and then Sambhavna decided to accept his proposal. After dating for about five years, the couple decided to get married. However, Sambhavna’s parents were against their marriage as Avinash did not have a stable job and was eight years younger than Seth. When her parents start looking for a groom for Sambhavna through a matrimonial site, Seth decides to exchange the ring with Avinash, against her parents’ wishes. They got engaged on 13 February 2016.

- He wanted to become a dancer since childhood. He used to participate in various dance competitions in his school.

- In an interview, she shared that initially, her parents were not happy with her decision to pursue a career in acting or dancing. They wanted him to become an engineer. He said,
My journey as an actor started in Delhi. I was always very fond of dancing. Initially, my family was not very supportive of my career choices. They wanted me to do engineering but I wanted to do theater and learn more about acting. My parents said they would not give me any money for acting. I started learning dance from a teacher in Delhi. Shortly thereafter, I began giving dance lessons to young students.
