She met Indian TV actor Kushal Punjabi in Goa, and after dating for over 2 years, the couple got married in November 2015. The wedding was held in Goa, and they followed both Christian and Hindu wedding customs.

The couple was blessed with a baby boy on 5 April 2016 and his name is ‘Kian’.

Audrey’s company CMA CGM offered her a promotion in their China branch in 2017, hence, she moved from India to China with her son. Her husband Kushal Punjabi had to stay in India for his acting career. Kushal would often visit Audrey and Kiyan, but their long-distance marriage began to face problems. The couple decided to separate and were about to divorce. It is being told that Kushal was not happy with his personal and professional life and was suffering from severe depression. On December 26, 2019, Audrey’s husband Kushal committed suicide by hanging himself from a fan in his flat in Bandra, Mumbai. According to Mumbai Police, Kushal has written a suicide note in which nothing has been mentioned about his wife Audrey. Some lines of his suicide note were as follows,
No one should be held responsible for my death. Fifty percent of my property should be divided equally between my parents and sister, while the remaining portion should be given to my three-year-old son.”

In 2005, Audrey Dolhen joined the London branch of CMA CGM, a French container transportation and shipping company. In an interview he said,
Boats are part of everyday life in Marseille. So when it came to choosing my path, the maritime sector naturally imposed itself.”
He worked there for about five years. In 2010, he was offered to work in the sales management department of CMA CGM, Mumbai in India. On 1 January 2011, she arrived in Mumbai to lead a team of 150 employees at CMA CGM. He said in an interview,
I had never set foot in the country before and suddenly, I am leading a team of 150 people. I really had to prove myself. The young woman’s mission is to reorganize the sales organization in a country that is still very patriarchal. I was well accepted because I was labeled more as a Westerner than a woman. I think that’s what helped me impose myself.”
Soon, he was appointed as the general manager of the company. In 2017, CMA CGM, China restructured and offered him a position in Commercial Management in China. She agreed to this and went to China with her son. In 2018, he was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at CMA CGM China.
