After working as an intern at various companies, Atulya joined Google in 2015 as a Software Development Engineer (SDE). In 2016, Atulya joined Instamojo and served as head of partnerships and alliances. While working at a startup, he witnessed a significant reduction in the company’s workforce by approximately 50% due to lack of funding, leading to constant apprehension about his own job security. When he reflected on the irony of being the highest-paid graduate in his batch, yet feeling uncertain about his job security, Atulya’s entrepreneurial spirit was rekindled, but with a new clarity for the future. And with vision. In July 2017, Atulya invested Rs 99 (approximately 1.21 USD) to purchase the domain ‘prepinsta.com’. Notably, this is the only expenditure the company has made so far. Interestingly, PrepInsta also generated revenue on the very first day of its operations. Atulya later asked his friends Aashay Mishra and Manish Agarwal to join him as co-founders of the company PrepInsta. What was initially a passion project soon turned into a viable business opportunity, prompting the three individuals to leave their full-time employment and set up an office for their startup in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. From the very beginning, Incredible has been unwavering in its commitment to educate and empower the youth of India, enabling them to secure high-paying jobs in their desired companies by availing the best available resources at affordable prices. To realize their vision, Atulya and her team launched PreInsta Prime, the first over-the-top (OTT) platform dedicated to placements and upskilling, on 7 July 2021. PreInsta Prime has disrupted the traditional approach to placement preparation. The user-friendly platform that resembles popular streaming services has resulted in significantly increased user engagement. To date, the company has helped many graduates achieve prestigious positions in their desired companies. It is surprising to know that this company was started with a nominal investment of just Rs 99 and by March 2023, it has acquired a total asset of Rs 200 crore. With a team of over 1000 employees, PrepInsta continues to expand its footprint and drive positive change in the education and job placement sectors.
