Ashrita Shetty started her acting career in 2012 with the Tulu film “Telikeda Bolli” in which she played the character of ‘Malli.’
Subsequently, she made her Tamil film debut in 2013 with the film “Udhayam NH4.” In the film, she played the character of a Bangalore-based Tamil-speaking college girl, who elopes with Prabhu (a character played by the Tamil actor, Siddharth).

She, then, appeared in Tamil films like “Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaanikalum,” “Indrajith,” and “Naan Thaan Siva.”
