livelihood

Arjun started playing badminton at FACT Club in Kochi, Kerala in 2008 when he was 9 years old. After three years, he moved to the badminton academy at the Regional Sports Center in Kadavanthra, Kochi, where his coach M. Mohanchandran introduced him to the doubles game. Focusing his attention solely on doubles, Arjun became a player in the Kerala team from 2012. In 2018, Arjun joined the Awadh Warriors badminton team.

She achieved the runner-up finish in the mixed doubles category at the 2022 Odisha Open, a Super 100 level tournament, with her partner Trisa Jolly. At the BWF Junior International, he earned five titles and finished runner-up once each in the boys’ doubles and mixed doubles events. In the BWF International Challenge/Series, Arjun was victorious in nine men’s doubles events and finished runner-up five times. Arjun and his team won the 2022 Thomas and Uber Cup in the men’s team event. His teammates were Lakshya Sen, Srikanth Kidambi, Prannoy HS Priyanshu Rajawat, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy, Chirag Shetty, Dhruv Kapila, Krishna Prasad Garaga and Vishnuvardhan Goud Panjala.

Arjun won the silver medal in the men’s team event at the 19th Asian Games. He also participated in the individual event but had to give up after getting injured. As of 2023, Arjun is ranked 22nd in men’s doubles and 84th in mixed doubles.
